  • The electrohydraulic control and supply system H-C MWM¬6 provides hydraulic control of pneumatically released disk brake of a winding machine. The systems allows for the control of winding machine disk brake actuators used to its mechanic braking.
  • Because it is possible to generate to different safety braking pressures, it can be used in most of mine shaft winding machines.

ELECTROHYDRAULIC CONTROL AND SUPPLY SYSTEM H-C MWM-4/VER.II

  • The electrohydraulic control and supply system H-C MWM-4/VER.II provides hydraulic control of pneumatically released disk brake of a winding machine. The systems allows for the control of winding machine disk brake actuators used to its mechanic braking.
  • Because it is possible to generate two different braking torques i.e. safety braking and / or variable braking torque, it can be applied in most of shaft mining winders.

ELECTROPNEUMATIC BRAKE CONTROL SYSTEM EPZSH-a

  • Electropneumatic brake control system EPZSH-a is used in winding machines equipped with pneumatic weight-loaded, non-totalizing drives of a brake with lever based force transfer system. EPZSH-a enables two-variant safety braking.
  • Selection of safety braking direction is automatic and depends on value and direction of overweight motion.
    • EPZSH-a is produced in three sizes that depend on the size of braking system driver installed in a machine:
    • EPZSH-1 a – for systems which total displacement of manoeuvring cylinders does not exceed 1,5 dm3 (e.g.. HOP-I),
    • EPZSH-3a – for systems which total displacement of manoeuvring cylinders does not exceed 10 dm3 (e.g.. 2xHOP-III),
    • EPZSH-a – for systems which total displacement of manoeuvring cylinders does not exceed 20 dm3 (e.g.. 2xHOP-V).

LUBRICATING UNIT LU-60

  • Lubricating unit LU-60 is used for circulating lubrication of bearings, where total demand for oil does not exceed 60 dm3/min. It can be used for circulating lubrication of bearings both in the mining industry (winding machines, mine fans, …) and other sectors of industry.

RECORDING UNIT RG-3

  • Recording unit RG-3 is used to record signals of mine shaft winder, required and specifi ed in the regulations and additional signals determined by user. RG-3 allows for registering signals from a winding machine devices assembly and control and signalling devices or shaft signalling device.
  • Design of RG-3 and method of its operation meets in full the requirements specified in the Decision of the Board of Ministers of 30 April 2004 on approving products for use in mining companies (Journal of Laws No 99, item 1003, Journal of Laws of 2005 No 80 item 695 as well as Journal of Laws of 2007 no 249 item 1853 as amended).

POWER FACTOR AUTOMATIC ADJUSTMENT

  • Power Factor (PF) is the coefficient of energy efficiency measured in the ratio of the real power absorbed by the load to the apparent power flowing in the power grid.
  • A power factor of less than one indicates the supply energy losses. It is the result of the reactive power which flows between the power grid and the receivers consisting mainly of inductive or capacitive components.
  • The solution of MWM Elektro is suitable for the companies which use AC drives powered by inverters. The proposal concerns metering and modification of the inverters software in such a way that it enables the management of reactive power in the power grid of the company.
