TEMIX systems for tension control of load-bearing and guide ropes – ongoing development and comprehensive support
MWM Elektro is the sole entity in the Polish and international markets that holds all documented rights to the software, documentation, patents, technical service, and maintenance of tension control systems for load-bearing and guide ropes developed during the extensive production and implementation activities of TEMIX.
By acquiring full rights to these solutions, we provide comprehensive support tailored to the unique needs of the mining industry, adhering to the highest technological standards and safety requirements.
Currently, we deliver post-warranty and emergency service for rope tension control systems at KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., O/ZG “Polkowice-Sieroszowice.” Additionally, by the end of 2024, we plan to extend our services to include the rope tension control systems at KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., O/ZG “Rudna.” This will allow our service activities to encompass critical installations for our key client, enhancing the safety of equipment operations and optimizing the ongoing operating costs of mining hoisting machines.
Future plans for service development
In response to the growing demand for professional services in rope tension control systems within the mining industry, we aim to expand our service offering to additional key locations. In the coming months, we expect to support rope tension control systems for other clients. Our goal is to provide reliable technical assistance for all systems, contributing to improved safety and efficiency in our clients’ equipment operations.
