Construction, delivery and commissioning of four slow-speed drum hoists together with a control panel for individual and group operation for Przedsiębiorstwo Budowy Kopalń PeBeKa S.A (Mine Construction Company)
Main tasks:
The main objective of the task was to supply 4 modern and energy-saving slow-speed drum hoists as part of the technological process for suspending the technology and repair platform for carrying out repair work in the SW-4 shaft.
Scope of the project:
Development of technical documentation for the installation of a system of four hoists with a control panel for group/individual operation including a foundation load plan.

WBW-450 slow-speed drum hoist
WBW 450 type hoists are designed for both shaft and out-of-shaft operations. In shaft operations, the hoist can be used to move, among other things: hanging platforms, tensioning frames, steel slip formwork, equipment for carrying out shaft construction and reconstruction works, and to carry out all kinds of assembly, auxiliary and other works in shafts.
Hoists can be operate individually with local control or as part of a group of several hoists controlled from a single control panel
When working outside the shaft, they can be used to move and lift components as well as to wind and unwind the rope.
Main components of the WBW-450 slow-speed drum hoist:
