The equipment is powered and controlled from the newly installed electrical equipment.
The control systems for the shaft equipment were supplied with very low SELV, PELV or intrinsically safe voltage. The connections between the local control stations of the western compartment equipment on the individual levels were provided using fibre-optic lines.
The local stations were connected to a central station – the AC-800 Master 2 controller in the USSz shaft signalling cabinet of the western compartment in the hoisting machine room. In addition, a computer installed in the hoist operator’s workstation was used to visualise the operation of the control system for the shaft equipment and the western compartment mining tubs cycle system.
The circuits of the 500V contactor switchgear RS1 and the 400/230/127/24V contactor switchgear RS2 intended to supply the shaft equipment and the western compartment mining tubs cycle system on the shaft top and entry were connected.
The control system for the shaft equipment and the mining tubs cycle system (trains and switches) in the eastern compartment of the “Piotr” shaft, including the installation of a local station with input and output modules, control panels for junction boxes, as well as the associated cable network, were constructed on the shaft entry, shaft top (+15m) and the personnel transport platform (+19m).
At the 230m level, the control system for the shaft equipment in the western compartment of the “Piotr” shaft was constructed, including the installation of control panels and a cable network from the local shaft signalling station at level to the control panels.
At the 465m level, the control system for the shaft equipment in the western compartment of the “Piotr” shaft was constructed, including the installation of control panels and a cable network from the local shaft signalling station at level to the control panels.
At the 665m level, the control system for the shaft equipment in the western compartment of the “Piotr” shaft was constructed, including the installation of a local station with input and output modules, control panels, junction boxes and a cable network from the local station to the control panels and junction boxes.
At the 865m level, a power supply system for the shaft equipment and the mining tubs cycle system was constructed, including the installation of compact station RK1, fire-proof multi-outlet mining starter RK3, transformer TR1, construction of the power supply system RK1, RK3,TR1, construction of the control system for the shaft equipment and the mining tubs cycle system in the western compartment of the “Piotr” shaft, including the installation of a local station with input and output modules, control panels of junction boxes and a cable network from the local station to the control panels and junction boxes.
