- Installation of 40 bay 10kV switching station RDGm-12X (sections 1 and 2) including connection.
- Connection of the telemechanical system to the 10 kV switching station.
- Installation of 10 kV capacitor-reactor kits.
- Construction of 500 V and 230 V power supply and 230 V lighting installations.
- Construction of transformer stations for sections 1 and 2 of the 10kV switching station.
- Construction of earthing installations and local earthing terminals.
-
Construction of the telecommunications chamber:
- Installation of telecommunications equipment, low-voltage switchgears and equipment.
- Installation of telecommunications routes and automation systems.
-
Installation of control and measurement equipment:
- Installation and connection of control and measurement equipment for the main and circulation pumping station.
- Installation and commissioning of low-voltage switchgears and lighting systems.
- Construction of cable routes, installation of MV cables and SUPO systems.
-
High-pressure pump supply and main water drainage pump chamber installations:
- Installation and connection of power supply to the main water drainage pumps.
- Installation of cable routes and internal pump chamber installations.
-
Pump control:
- Design and implementation of a pump control system that will provide continuous operation and automatic or manual switching of standby equipment.
Advantages of the main water drainage system:
The main water drainage pumping station has been equipped with advanced control and measurement equipment to measure and record pump operating parameters online. This makes it possible to optimise pump operation by monitoring performance, temperature, supply voltage and pipeline pressure. The system also provides for a sequential operation of the pumps, allowing the number of pumps in operation to be adjusted according to current needs. Information on the operating status of the equipment is automatically transmitted to the mine control room, increasing the safety and efficiency of the drainage system.
