BB-7000/AC-14m/s skip hoisting machine

BB-7000/AC-14m/s skip hoisting machine is designed for double-conveyance haulage mining hoists. It is a double-drum hoisting machine with the capability of mutual exchange of winding drums. It is applied in a double-conveyance mine shaft hoist without a balancing rope.

Scope of the project

The project involved the installation of two machines.

• installation the hoist,
• installation of the shaft signalling and communication equipment.,
• development of technical documentation for the entire scope of the task,
• production and supply of hoisting machine components and shaft signalling and communication equipment,
• supervision of the installation of the hoisting machine,
• overseeing the procedures related to the approval of equipment for use in mining plants,
• start-up of the supplied equipment.

BB-7000/AC-14m/s skip hoisting machine

The BB-7000/AC-14m/s skip hoisting machine (designated for eastern markets: 2Ц-7.0×3.2) is designed for double-conveyance haulage mining hoists. It is a double-drum hoisting machine with the capability of mutual exchange of winding drums. It is applied in a double-conveyance mine shaft hoist without a balancing rope.
The BB-7000/AC-14m/s machine is controlled manually from the control station or automatically, in remote start mode with speed control.
